Stateful audio DSP: filters, delay and waveshaping

The Web Audio engine from 0.1.95 gained the stateful signal-processing nodes real audio graphs are built from. A biquad filter (all eight standard types, low-pass through peaking, using the textbook RBJ coefficient formulas), a delay line, and a waveshaper for distortion now render sample-accurately as part of the same deterministic offline render. These are the building blocks of any real synthesis or effects chain, and they stay bit-exact.

Media	Added stateful DSP nodes to the audio engine: a BiquadFilter implementing all eight standard filter types (low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, notch, all-pass, peaking, low-shelf, high-shelf) via the RBJ cookbook coefficient formulas, a DelayNode, and a WaveShaper for distortion curves.
Networking	The nodes are sample-accurate and stateful (a filter carries its history between blocks), rendered as part of the same deterministic offline pass, so the output is reproducible bit-for-bit across machines.
Media	This turns the audio engine from tone generation into a real effects and synthesis surface: filters shape timbre, delay builds echo and reverb pre-delay, and waveshaping adds harmonic distortion - the vocabulary real Web Audio code is written in.
