Content inside aspect-ratio boxes sits where it should

A follow-up that completes the previous release's aspect-ratio work. That update made boxes with an aspect-ratio the right shape, but anything centred inside one - a headline and button in the middle of a hero banner - still clung to the top, because the engine had not passed the box's real height to its centring logic. Now a centred hero centres its content vertically, and a flex layout sized by aspect-ratio places its items within the full height.

What changed 3 changes

Rendering	Centred content in aspect-ratio boxes now centres. A hero banner with aspect-ratio whose contents are centred used to pin them to the top even though the box was the right height; the height is now known to the alignment step, so the content sits in the middle as intended.
Rendering	Flex layouts sized by aspect-ratio distribute within the full height. A column flex container whose height comes from aspect-ratio now treats that height as definite, so justify-content and align-items place items across the whole box rather than collapsing to the content.
Rendering	Completes the aspect-ratio work. Together with the previous release, boxes with an aspect-ratio are now both the right shape and correctly arranged inside, for plain blocks, flex containers and grid cells.
