Typed arrays, Map and Set, and bound functions match the standard
Broader support for the standard building blocks modern web code leans on. Typed arrays, the compact numeric arrays that power graphics, audio, cryptography and data processing, now present themselves the way the standard describes, with the shared family type and the per-type templates that other code inspects before using them, so a large body of library code that was stopping short on this now works. The Map and Set collections likewise expose their standard method templates for inspection, and a function created by binding another now reports a proper name and argument count. None of this changes code that was already correct. The JavaScript language aspect moves 90 to 91; the overall platform score stays at 70.
