Utility-CSS sites get their spacing back
Our side-by-side test against the reference browser had been comparing a CSS framework's documentation with an error page: the site's app refused to start in the reference browser under our test setup, so the score meant nothing. With that fixed, the real comparison showed a real bug. a CSS framework's docs v4 sets the space between items in a row or grid with a small calculation, and the engine split that calculation apart and dropped it, so on Utility-CSS sites menu links ran together and boxes touched. Spacing now matches the reference browser exactly.
