Small icons on links and buttons sit where they belong

Some sites tuck a little icon into the corner of a link or button, like the small arrow next to an external link. Floati's engine was repeating that icon across the whole element and painting it on top of the text, so those links looked smudged. Now the icon appears once, in its proper corner, and the text underneath stays clean, the way it does in any other browser.

What changed 3 changes

Rendering	An icon set in the corner of a link or button (like the external-link arrow on a large encyclopedia and many sites) now appears once, in the right spot, instead of tiling across the element and over its own text.
Rendering	Positions written either way round now work the same, so an icon meant for the right edge lands on the right edge instead of the top.
Rendering	This was verified across several real pages and changes nothing about pages that were already correct.
