JavaScript correctness: text, arrays, and promise interop
A correctness release for JavaScript, the language behind every interactive page. Five fixes bring Floati's handling of text, arrays, and promises in line with what a mainstream browser does, so more of the code real sites ship just runs. Text is now measured and cut using the exact unit browsers use, so emoji and non-Latin scripts behave correctly; string searches honour the position you ask them to start from; the modern Array.fromAsync helper is now available; wrapping a string as an object behaves like the string it holds; and Floati now interoperates with promise-like objects from other libraries, waiting on them and taking their result the way the standard requires. Every one of these is locked in by the automatic conformance checks, verified on every build across the interpreter and both speed-up tiers. Pages that used none of this are unchanged. The JavaScript language aspect moves 86 to 87.
