A calmer launch and a tidier browser

Opening Floati is quieter now. It used to flash the old default blue on the app and its Dock icon for a moment before your chosen colour caught up, and the startup animation sometimes appeared a beat after the app itself. Both are gone: the window stays dark until everything is painted in your own theme and accent, so the splash is the very first thing you see, and there is a new switch to turn that splash off or replay it whenever you like. Inside, your saved bookmarks from the same site now fold into one neat branch, and the built-in pages were redrawn to share one calm layout.
