Real HTML tables: centered, sized and proportioned like the reference browser
More real-web table fidelity, found by testing documentation and reference sites. A table meant to be only as wide as its content and centered on the page, a common docs and reference layout, now shrinks to fit and centers correctly instead of being pinned to the left edge at full width, and its own minimum-width and border settings are honored. Inside a table, leftover width is now shared out the way the reference browser does it: a flexible column beside a fixed-width one takes the remaining space rather than collapsing to nothing, and every cell fills its column, so data tables, spec tables and comparison grids lay out with their columns proportioned correctly and nothing squashed to a sliver. These are general fixes for any page using real HTML tables; other pages are unchanged, and the overall platform score stays at 70 (correctness within layout, which was already complete).
