Video plays on our own engine

Video now plays on Floati's own engine on macOS -> our own VP9/Opus decode, sound included, no system webview. Plus app hydration (web-component pages mount for real), external scripts fetch and run (a video site's and a framework's docs site's bundles now execute fully), and adaptive-quality video switching in the media stack.

Media	Video plays on Floati's own engine on macOS: our own VP9/Opus decode with sound, no system webview involved (which cannot even decode WebM).
Rendering	App hydration: web-component pages now mount for real -> components defined by scripts fill themselves in, not just the server skeleton.
Media	External scripts fetch and run: a video site's and a framework's docs site's full bundles now parse and execute, every script.
Media	Adaptive-quality video switching (ABR) in the media stack: quality changes mid-stream decode seamlessly.
