Terms of Use

The rules for using Floati, in plain words. Using the site or its products means you agree to them.

Last updated November 2026.

Free, and as is

Floati's products are free and provided as is. They may change, stop or have mistakes, and there is no guarantee they will always work or be available.

Limits on responsibility

As far as the law allows, Floati is not responsible for any loss that comes from using the products, including lost data, lost work or lost opportunities. Nothing here removes rights you have by law that cannot be removed.

Keep your own copies

Most of your work lives on your own device. If that device or browser data is lost, Floati cannot get it back, so keep your own backups.

CV Builder and AI

Scores, suggestions and AI text can be wrong. Check everything before you use it. Floati does not promise a job, an interview or any other result, and what you send out is your responsibility.

Courses and certificates

Courses are for learning. Certificates show that you completed a course on Floati. They are not a formal or accredited qualification. Please do not misrepresent them, or use anyone else's work to earn one.

Software

Use the browser and desktop apps at your own risk. Please do not try to break, overload or attack Floati or its services, or use them to break the law.

The forum

You must be 13 or older and follow the forum rules. You own what you post. By posting, you let Floati show it on the forum, and keep showing it until it is deleted. You are responsible for what you post. Posts are other people's opinions, so do not rely on them as advice. Floati may remove posts or ban accounts that break the rules.

Copyright

The Floati name, logo, site and courses belong to Floati. If you think something here uses your work without permission, contact us with a link to it and we will look at it.

Changes, law and contact

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date. They are governed by the law of South Africa. Questions: my@floati.life. How data is handled is on the privacy page.
